Homes that stay tidy between visits
Every home is different, so we share the expected time up front and adjust only when we check with you first.
Two ways to price a clean: a flat price range based on your home, or an hourly rate.
1 cleaner | 2 cleaners | |
| $50/ hour | $90/ hour | |
3 hours minimum | 3 hours minimum |
Choose a flat range based on your home or an hourly option.
We estimate the time needed and share it up front. If the cleaner finishes within that estimate, the price does not change.
Current condition of the home, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how many people and pets live there, the type of cleaning, and any add-ons
If the home needs significantly more time, we check with you first, and extra time is billed at $35/hour. This is separate from the hourly rates above, which apply only when you choose hourly pricing from the start.

Our cleaners are background-checked, and the company is bonded and insured, so your home is covered either way. If you prefer to be there, that's fine too — just pick a time that suits you.
We block a time slot on the cleaner's schedule for your home, so please give us notice if plans change. Rescheduling or cancelling is free with at least 48 hours' notice. A cancellation made on the day of the cleaning, less than 24 hours ahead, carries a $50 cancellation fee.
