If the home needs significantly more time, we check with you first, and extra time is billed at $35/hour. This is separate from the hourly rates above, which apply only when you choose hourly pricing from the start.
Most homes begin with an initial deep cleaning that brings everything to a fully clean baseline — removing built-up dirt, kitchen grease, limescale in showers and heavy dust. Recurring visits then maintain that level, which is why they take less time than the first one. An initial cleaning usually takes 3 to 8 hours depending on the condition of the home.
We block a time slot on the cleaner's schedule for your home, so please give us notice if plans change. Rescheduling or cancelling is free with at least 48 hours' notice. A cancellation made on the day of the cleaning, less than 24 hours ahead, carries a $50 cancellation fee.
